About Me
- Name: Lisa
- Location: Bronx, NY, United States
Living a rather quiet and somewhat contemplative life up in the northernmost tip of NYC with my sweetheart and pets and a lot of books.
This is my personal pie vent blog—it's where I muse and let off steam. The one I spend all my time on, that precedes me out in the world, is Like Fire. But I love all my children equally.

As it was then, is now, and ever shall be. Amen.
THAT is some kind of wonderful and I second Debi.
Holy shit. I seriously glanced at that photo and thought it was Isabella Rossellini.
You are still FABULOUS my dear.
What an excellent photo.
Your mother looks extremely glamorous, and you are wearing the most fetching little fuchsia coat. What a great photo.
Yep, still fabulous! That's a terrific photo. Thanks for posting it.
Aw, thank you all. I don't feel anywhere close to fabulous these days, but my mom -- oh yes, she still is and always will be. At 80 her fabulosity has not abated one bit.
I do wish I still had that red coat, or a version that would fit now. That was sharp, eh?
So, so glamorous. Sigh. :o) Lovely photo.
Still fabulous; it's in your genes. And your upbringing.
Fabulous is unquestionably the word. Quite a photo.
What a fabulous shot. So glamorous. Thanks for the nudibranch photos.
Spectacular photo. Looks like book cover material to me.
Oh my, this really reminds me of a photo of me and my mom in Paris in about 1967...back when WE were both fabulous as well! Sigh.
