About Me
- Name: Lisa
- Location: Bronx, NY, United States
Living a rather quiet and somewhat contemplative life up in the northernmost tip of NYC with my sweetheart and pets and a lot of books.
This is my personal pie vent blog—it's where I muse and let off steam. The one I spend all my time on, that precedes me out in the world, is Like Fire. But I love all my children equally.

Oh gosh. That is adorable on so many levels.
A fine cat deserves, and gets, a fine drawing.
Oh, I love this. This would make an adorable greeting card front.
I've been checking on your blog daily in the hope of meeting a new sketched creature and ta-da! Here's an adorable kitty!!
My love to Mr Bonkers (and Dorie, too).
I, too, would like to send Mr. Bonkers Smiles in His Sleep cards to people. If I could also remember where there are stamps, and addresses and such.
That's delightful.
I love smiling cats; Mr. Bonkers looks fabulous!
I love this illustration.
Well thank you all. It's nice getting such positive feedback.
Mr. Bonkers is really the best cat ever. He's unflappable, fiercely affectionate, handsome, a good mouser, and never wanders far from home. Plus he's been almost freakishly kind and tolerant toward the little upstart cat, who does nothing but give him grief.
And what's even better is that he adopted us. Wouldn't take no for an answer. It's one of the better compliments I've been paid in my life.
That Mr. Bonkers is no fool. He knew he'd found a good thing when he met you. And I can see Mr. Bonkers starring in his own line of cards.
Oh, I would love to have postcards of Lisa's drawings! What a perfect idea.
Just lovely, honey.
This is very cute. But we won't show our dogs because they don't like cats too much! :)
