Alvy, pensive
Alvy is calming down and getting fat. He is unbelievably soft and sleek, like having a tiny mink coat that sits on your lap and purrs.

"The quality of a map cannot be judged simply by its scientific precision but by its ability to serve its purpose and in that context aesthetic and design considerations are every bit as important as the mathematical, and often more so." -- Peter Barber, The Map Book

Lisa, didn't you figure Alvy to be Burmese? They're pear-shaped, so maybe he's just true to his breed.
Bombay, which is a Burmese offshoot. And hehehe I was just calling him "pear-shaped" today. He's kind of remarkably fat right now, though -- it's a little alarming. Happy and healthy, though.
Duncan's black coat is sleek and smooth like that...like a Pantene commercial. You ruffle it and it just slips back in place. His white tummy, however, is fluffy and cottony. (Fortunately not prone to knots, though.)
Pensive looks good on him. Glossy.
I'm using his Halloween photo as my desktop right now, by the way.
